At MARTINA & CO we accept changes and returns of all items, except glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and ceremony clothing. 

If you want to change size, only the first size change will be free.

If you wish to return a garment, we will refund the amount, according to the following conditions:


1.- The term to request a size change or return is 5 days from the date of receipt of your order.

2.- To request a size change or return you must communicate it by email to indicating your order number. Then you must send us your return by courier or email to our address: & Co , C/ San Juan de Dios , 43, 18001 Granada.

3.- We remind you that the products must be received in our store within a period not exceeding 15 days from when you received them.

4.- Items to be exchanged or returned must arrive unused, unwashed and with all their labels. We remind you that we do not accept changes or returns of glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and ceremonial clothing

5.- For the size change, once we have received your shipment and verified that the procedure has been followed correctly, we will proceed with the size change and we will send you your new shipment at our expense if it is the first size change. Otherwise we will notify you of the amount of the courier service and once it has been paid by you we will proceed to send it.

6.- For a return of the product, we will also verify that the procedure has been properly followed and then we will proceed to send you your refund according to your preference: Bizum, transfer or PayPal.

MARTINA & CO reserves the right not to accept changes or returns if the procedure has not been properly followed. In this case we will return your package and we will notify you by email.


At MARTINA & CO we carefully check all our items before sending them to you by courier. We regret that despite these checks you have received a product with a manufacturing defect. In this case, please contact us with our email and send us photos of the product to demonstrate the manufacturing defect, as well as indicate the order number and your email. Defective product notifications must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product by the customer.

Once your email is received, we will contact you and we will pick up your shipment completely free of charge.

We will check the product once we receive it in our warehouses and we will proceed to replace it within a period not exceeding 15 working days. In the event that the item is no longer available, we will refund the amount of your order through Bizum, transfer or Paypal.
